  The Labyrinth is an ancient symbol of wholeness combining imagery of the circle and spiral into a meandering but purposeful path walked as a meditative journey to our own center and back again out into the world. After your Labyrinth walk you may sit or lie down to receive more nourishment and insight as the music washes over you. We will end with group toning and grounding. Bring a mat, blanket, pillows and anything else you might need to be comfortable while lying on the floor for the sound journey.  There are no advance ticket sales for this event.
