All are welcome to explore their connection to Divine Spirit at the ECK Worship Service. Each service focuses on an aspect of Eckankar Religion of the Light and Sound of God, and features a reading from the ECK works, singing HU, (an ancient name for God), talks, music, and a group discussion of spiritual principles at work in daily life. The service lasts about an hour. The topic for the April 16 service is: "How Does the Holy Spirit Work in Your Life?"   "The Light and Sound are the two aspects through which the ECK, or Holy Spirit, makes Itself known. It comes in many forms to bring upliftment, comfort when we are troubled, or protection when we are in danger."   "The Awakening Soul"  Harold Klemp pg. 67
